In each session, you’ll focus on building a deeper mind-body connection while gently increasing joint mobility and overall strength.
Over time, Pilates can help reduce back pain, improve posture, and leave you feeling more energized and at ease. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your practice, this class offers a supportive, restorative environment to help you move with greater confidence and comfort in your daily life.

Taught by Jill Hughes, a certified pilates instructor who has been teaching for 8 years. She currently teaches at Ashburn Core Pilates.
