Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in participating in events and offerings hosted by Wellness Loudoun.

No Refunds

 

All payments made for events, classes, workshops, or other offerings (including but not limited to our Expressive Arts classes, yoga classes and Sound Baths) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning, supplies, and limited space, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Illness or emergencies

• No-shows

• Changes in availability

 

We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us continue offering high-quality, low-cost wellness experiences to the community.

Transfer Policy

 

If you are unable to attend an event you’ve registered for, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@wellnessloudoun.org with the name and contact information of the person attending in your place.
