Programs
At Wellness Loudoun, we believe that taking care of your mental, physical and emotional well-being should feel accessible, inclusive, and empowering. Our programs are designed to connect people across Loudoun County with resources, activities, and experiences that nurture whole-person wellness. Whether you're seeking support, looking to learn, or simply want to connect with others—you belong here.
Until our IRS Determination letter arrives, we are proud to operate under a fiscal sponsorship with Crossroads UMC, a nonprofit organization. This means your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. All donations are processed through Crossroads UMC and are designated for Wellness Loudoun.
Please be sure to indicate "Wellness Loudoun" as the fund.

Pilot program
Bridging the Gap is a peer support network connecting individuals and families in Loudoun County facing mental health challenges with others who have navigated similar experiences. Through meeting with a Social Worker, support groups, and community activities, Bridging the Gap provides a supportive environment that reduces isolation, promotes hope, and empowers individuals on their journey to wellness.
