About Us
Where we dive into wellness together.
At Wellness Loudoun, we believe that mental wellness starts with connection—connection to resources, to support, and to each other. We're here to make it easier for people in Loudoun County to find what they need to feel their best. Through community events, local partnerships, and open conversations, we’re creating a space where healing and hope can thrive. Everyone’s welcome here.

Our Story
In 2022, a group of people from Crossroads UMC in Ashburn started listening to groups in our community. After listening to more than 50 different groups of people, the Dream Team heard loud and clear that something must be done about Mental Health and Wellness in Loudoun County. Out of this reality, Wellness Loudoun was born.
It was important to this team that Wellness Loudoun be its own 501c3 specifically focused on bringing together resources that would benefit all people.
Every nonprofit has a story—and at Wellness Loudoun, ours is rooted in the belief that mental and physical wellness should be accessible to everyone in our community. We came together with a simple but powerful goal: to connect people in Loudoun County with the support, resources, and sense of community they need to thrive.
On this site, you’ll find information about our upcoming events, wellness programs, and ways to get involved. Whether you're looking for support, interested in volunteering, or just want to be part of something meaningful, we're glad you're here.
We invite you to explore, learn more about our mission, and join us in creating a healthier, more connected Loudoun.
