About the event

This is a 4-week writing course, offered virtually via Zoom. Suggested donation is $75 for the entire series of four 90-minute classes. Class begins on Tuesday, May 19th, with subsequent classes on May 26th, June 2nd and June 9th.

In fact, if we do it consistently, with specific intentions for healing and growth, expressive writing can create new neural pathways and rewire our brains for lasting improvements in our habits and emotional states.
