Join us for a refreshing Spring Wellness Hike and enjoy the beauty of the season while connecting with nature and community. This gentle, guided walk offers a chance to move your body, clear your mind, and soak in the fresh air and new growth of spring. All fitness levels are welcome!

About the event
Meet at 2pm at the Balls Bluff parking lot (https://maps.app.goo.gl/suxxBhDnJruqeo3HA?g_st=ic)
We'll plan on starting the hike at 2:15pm.
Please note: although the hike is at an easy pace, there are parts of the trail that are uneven. Therefore, be advised that parts of the trail are a little bit challenging because it is rocky and a little steep.
