Meet the Instructor
Jill Hughes is a licensed Food for Life Instructor for PCRM’s award winning FFL program. She holds a Certificate in T. Colin Campbell’s Plant Based Nutrition Program at Cornell. She is also certified as a Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator through Main Street Vegan Academy.
