About the event
Moving from a favorite activity to a low-interest task is one of the biggest triggers for procrastination and family meltdowns. Led by a certified executive function coach, this hands-on workshop offers a safe space for parents and students to normalize resistance and master emotional regulation during transitions. Together, we will map out preferred and non-preferred tasks, walk through a proven executive function framework, and build physical popsicle-stick "bridge" models that visually anchor these new strategies. You’ll leave with shared language, reduced home tension, and a custom, practical tool ready to use immediately.
