A Path Towards Quieting the Mind, Cultivating Presence and Restoring Inner Peace
In this introductory seminar, you will learn the basic tenants of mindfulness meditation. Through guided practices you’ll discover how mindfulness focuses your attention, deepens self- awareness and cultivates a state of inner presence. The path towards restoring a sense of inner peace begins by listening and connecting to the world within.

Dr. Suzanne Nixon has been a meditation teacher for decades having trained with Master Teachers Jon Kabat-Zinn, MD, Saki Satori, PhD and most recently, Tara Brach, PhD and Jack Kornfield, PhD. In 2021, she completed Sounds True two-year “Mindfulness Meditation Professional Teacher Certification Program. She teaches conducts seminars and leads retreats for everyday people,
community organizations and businesses.
