About the event
This class will incorporate gentle yoga, breath work, mindfulness practices, and a short, guided meditation to balance the body, mind, and nervous system.
All levels are welcome. Come with an open mind, a playful spirit, and a yoga mat, if you have one. (There are a limited number of yoga mats available. Let us know if you’d like to borrow one).
Class will be taught by Nancy McGovern, M.S. in Yoga Therapy (MUIH), C-IAYT, RYT-500
